Whole Brain Child by Daniel Siegel and Tania Bryson. I'm trying to learn to parent without yelling and get my little ones to work through their melt downs while learning from them.
What was the last movie or series you saw?
Currently watching Ginny and Georgia with my teenager girls. It helps up to talk about life and other convos that can be hard to talk about with teens.
